For Employers

Yes you can see the expiry date the job in “ Manage Jobs”.

You can go to the “ manage jobs” click the status bar , and select the job and select the actions also.

For applications received on job posting , employers can select the application and click the action as “ Approved “ These applications can be viewable under the Approved Category through a filter in the menu bar

Yes, you can see the posted date for inactive jobs just below the header of the job title.

You can view applications on manage applications , and also download and print options are availble

Yes, you can repost an active job. You also have an option to edit the job description before reposting by clicking on to “Edit Job” below the job description

You can see the job applications for both active and inactive jobsby clickinig on to “Manage Jobs”  from your dashboard.

You can deactivate the active by unpublishinig the job

As soon as the job is active and it is available for public view, and the candidate applied for the job. The resume are  sent to job administrator of the job from the organisation, by default

To view the resumes under talent vault area, as per the packages

 

As a employer you are allowed to post jobs depending on package you purchased. Once you post the job, our team will review and approve it to display it on the website

Yes, Employer registration is free.We are going to introduce packages soon which may range from free, standard, professional etc

Yes. You have two options to regain access to your account:

  1. Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
    • Click the link and enter your registered email address.
    • A password reset email will be sent to your inbox with instructions to create a new password.

2.Email our support team if you are unable to reset it online.

    • Send your password reset request to info@paptecjobs.com
      using your registered email ID.
    • Our team will verify the request and reset your password.

PaptecJOBS SOP mandates regular checks for duplicate records. If any duplication is identified, the concerned account will be notified and subsequently deactivated or deleted, with due intimation sent via email.

For Candidates

Go to manage application in your menu where you can see your list of application and its status.

Yes, you can create job alerts where you will get email notification for all new jobs added as per your matching preference.

After login, go to post a resume.You can add many resumes.You can upload document and also enter skills sets,education etc

There is no restriction, you can apply to n number of Jobs.

Yes, registration is absolutely free for candidates.

Yes, employer registration is free.Packages such as Starter, Pro , Pro Plus, Ultimate designed for posting job advertisement and to view candidate resume are available.

Recruiter identities remain confidential. A Talent Officer assigned to the validation process will be available for feedback and communication.
